"I was very satisfied once I was signed up with Statefarm with Alan Aiken. However, after I switched all my polices over to Statefarm, I was provided notice that StateFarm was not going to continue with homeowners' coverage. The agent told me that maybe I could repair or replace my roof and "hopefully" they would continue coverage. No one could give me straight answer and then received notice that they are not issuing me a policy, despite already paying. There was no mention that insurance could be denied after they surveyed the home. The agent asked me several times how old the roof was and I told him. Not any mention that it could be an issue. I feel like information was intentionally omitted to get me to switch then send me notice they are not going to issue the policy. There is no one to talk to or discuss how this can be remedied. Not aa good insurance company. Very dissatisfied."
